There is a promise in the Bible that we all need read and to learn from when our strength gauge is on 'empty' and when we are weary.

The promise is simple to do.  

And, it only requires us to do one thing - that one thing is 'WAIT' on the Lord.

Let's read the promise together.

"He gives power to the weak.

And to those who have no might He increases strength.  Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, 

But those who WAIT on the Lord

Shall renew their strength;

They shall mount up with wings like eagles,

They shall run and not be weary,

They shall walk and not faint".

'WAIT' on the Lord all the day through, and watch your strength be renewed!
