Happy Thanksgiving Week 👐
HAPPY 'Thanksgiving' WEEK!
During this week, let us be very mindful of why Thanksgiving happened.
It happened because a group of 'Pilgrim Christians' who were part of the 'Reformation' seeking a place to 'freely Worship' the Lord and to 'freely' live from being persecuted.
The Early 17th Century Christians began to colonize North America with settlements along the Atlantic Coast.
The Colonists had missionary zeal along with the desire for Freedom to Worship.
Waves of Christians settled in Jamestown, Plymouth, Boston, Providence, New Brunswick and other settlements with then a population that was believed to be approximately 250,000!
During this Thanksgiving, let us be mindful of their faith, their works and efforts to worship the Lord freely. And, because of their act of faith and journey, we can worship the Lord too!

The 'Thanksgiving Challenge' Continues!
Today's Thanksgiving Challenge is:
Set aside a time and place to 'Freely Worship the Lord' today. Either at Church, your home or even 'outdoors'!
And remember, it is because of the Pilgrims' faith and works, we can do this today.
