"Our 'Prayer List' & the 'Heavenly Check-out Counter'"

Good Morning Dear Friends,

Gee, its Saturday already!

Where did the week go??!

And, Where did August go??!!!

Anyway, My favorite seasons of the year are coming, Autumn and Winter.

I love the colors and the cooler weather.  I guess being born in January must have left an impression on my mind for a 'lifetime'.

Today's LEJ is about our daily 'Prayer Request list'.

Do we have and need a 'prayer request list'??  I think so, our lives are better with our 'listful' prayers and helps to keep us mindful and organized.

'Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;'  Philippians 4:6

'Let all things be done decently and in order'. I Corinthians 14:40 NKJV

"Prayer List"

I am going to ask you to use your imagination a bit today by thinking of a 'grocery list' like when we go to the grocery store, and what happens when we 'check out' at the register.

When we go shopping, we usually make a list to make sure that we get what was needed at the grocery store and check out the items at the register.

Think of this image when we hear of specific prayer needs and the answers to our prayer. We should write them down for when our daily specific 'times of prayer' at our 'Heavenly storehouse'.

Please think like, that when we have prayed for the needs of someone, it is like we have placed 'our requests' on God's Heavenly Conveyor or AKA 'God's check out counter' and His angels have been assigned to place 'the answer' to our prayers in the 'best way basket'.

'But to which of the angels has He ever said: “Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool”? Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation'?  Hebrews 1:13‭-‬14 NKJV

And, when we 'say thanks' for answered prayer, this pleases God, our Heavenly Father.

You dear friends, are prayed for or thought about every day.

May God meet your special need today.

Amen!

faithman.
