Good Morning!

'Happy Mother's Day' to all the Mum's out there!!

The month of 'May' reminds us of Flowers and Mother's Day

Let us be thankful for our godly mothers.  

Our mothers gave us so much.

Our mothers gave us:

💟 Great meals that only 'they' could prepare!  (still miss those special home-made rolls & cookies) 

💟 Their full attention when we needed someone to listen. 

💟 Their whole-hearted service when meals were prepared for the family.

💟 Their prayers, encouragement and unconditional love. 

💟 Their example of going to church, praying and singing hymns & melodies that only they could sing.

💟 They taught us to face adversity with faith and hope.

💟 Mostly, they taught us to love God and to pray by example.

The Apostle Paul wrote to his missionary brother Titus about the characteristics of how godly women should be. 

I am sure that many of your 'Mums' fit Paul's instructions for 'godly' Mother's.  Please read.

'the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things— that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed. But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine: ' Titus 2:1,3-5
