One Word for today 'Prophecy'

Good Morning! God Loves YOU!! ❤️👍

The Person with the Gift of Prophecy, is like a 'light needed' for our spiritual direction.

Today's One Word Scripture: ... '(1) to another, the performing of 'MIRACLES',  (2) to another, PROPHECY, (3) to another, distinguishing between spirits, (4) to another, different kinds of tongues, (5) to another, interpretation of tongues.  1 Corinthians 12:10 CSB

One Word for Today: 'PROPHECY'.

Today's scripture is so full of 'gifts' that it will take several days to review the '5' spiritual gifts in this one particular scripture.  Today's writing will be on the 'gift' of 'PROPHECY'.

A person with the gift of 'PROPHECY' is a person who can foretell the ways and movement of the Lord in a future situation or coming event.  This gift is needed today in the Church for direction and discernment.

With all the craziness going on in the world with COVID, Politics and Employment issues, the person with the 'gift' of 'PROPHECY' will have insight to God's Will corporately as to the Body of Christ, and can in some instances, give divine direction personally.

Years ago I was in a situation where I needed someone with 'this gift' because of a critical decision that I had to make that could alter my career choice.  God sent me a godly pastor who had the gift of 'PROPHECY' and counseled me in God's Will concerning my career.  And, the career situation worked out beyond a natural means of an employment choice, to a supernatural answer to prayer concerning my career and work.

Yes, the gift of 'PROPHECY' is a 'forth-telling' of events concerning God's Will.  Be cautions though, 'PROPHECY' is NOT fortune telling!! But it is a gift of the Holy Spirit revealing to individuals God's Will.

Do you need direction?  Are you having trouble hearing from the Lord?

Seek out the person with the gift of 'PROPHECY'.  They will help you find God's clear way through His Word.  Remember, Thy Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our paths.

Amen 🙂.
