Season of Advent: The King 'Kicks 'em OUT!'

Good Wednesday Morning 😊

How in the World are you this morning?  

Good, I hope so.  During this particular Advent Season, it is my prayer that God is bringing New Hope and New Life into all of our 'dark corners' of our lives so that we can be free to serve Him with Newness and Joy!

'Darkness'   is   bad!   😢

Why??  

'it'   makes   us   sad. 😞

Has darkness over taken our LIGHT & JOY temples?

Hey there, has Mr. & Mrs. Sad Darkness taken up a room our temples lately?  

Then, its time to take inventory of our 'dark corners' and 'kick 'em out'!  

What is 'robbing us' of the 'HOPE, JOY & PEACE' that God wants us to enjoy?   If we have allowed Mr. & Mrs. Sad Darkness in our temples this morning, it is time to turn to the KING and the KINGDOM OF LIGHT.  This action will cause 'them' to pack up their bags and start running! 🏃🏃🧳   

When Jesus came on that Christmas morning, our NEW KING and His NEW KINGDOM of LIGHT entered the earth for the very 1st time ever and brought JOY and Peace to the world and to those who would receive Him.

Now, there is a choice that we must make to enter into the 'KINGDOM of LIGHT'.  When we make the choice to follow the Lord daily, JESUS begins to evict those 'dark corners' & Mr. & Mrs. Sad Darkness from our lives as we listen to Him.  

May we express our the feelings to the Lord such as those of uncertainty, fear, loneliness, sadness and brokenness.  As we do this, these 'dark visitors' begin to loose their grip on our us and the TRUE LIGHT of JESUS fills those rooms that once housed those 'dark agents' of sadness and sin. 

If there is a 'dark corner' that is holding back our Christmas Joy this moment, THIS IS THE TIME to allow the KING of LIGHT to Shine on our souls, thoughts and those 'dark corners'.  

It is time to turn our thoughts to

The King and His Kingdom of LIGHT!

And to think, 'this Kingdom' all started with the baby 'King of Light'

LIGHT BRINGS LIFE & LIGHT TO THE SOUL
ON ONE'S WEARY NIGHT!

1st. Start my day with a smile (I look 'in the mirror 1st thing' to make sure my light is adjusted right 😉) and to smile at others whom I see throughout the day!

2nd. Share 'Light Scriptures' and special stories with my LEJ Friends.

3rd. Look for sources of 'Light, Joy & Hope' throughout the season (and take pictures when able)!

4th  Give 'Gifts of Light' throughout the Advent season.
