"Only Believe"

'Once Upon 'a starry' night' (pictures from last night's star show in NE Ohio!)

Last night I was 'star gazing' (again!), and saw so many stars.  A good friend of ours reminded us that it reminded her of an 'Abraham night' when God made His promise to Abram.  I would agree!!

'Then the Lord took Abram outside and said to him, “Look up into the sky and count the stars if you can. That’s how many descendants you will have!” And Abram believed the Lord , and the Lord counted him as righteous because of his faith'.

Genesis 15:5‭-‬6 NLT

You see, when we 'believe' God, this action releases our faith and the miracles happen to that which we need.  "Believing God" pleases God. 

Yes, Abraham wanted God's blessings and favor.  And, because Abraham 'believed', the Lord counted him as righteous and blessed him.

The same is true for us, we have a choice to 'believe' or, 'not to believe'.

Let's challenge each other to 'believe' God in the face of the difficulty, in the trial of our faith, or in the unplanned pandemic and our future.

God has been faithful to us all our days, why would He change now?? 

Like the 'old hymn and chorus' says, 

"Only Believe, only Believe, all things are possible ... only Believe". 🎼🎶🎵🎶
